- Any stay cancelled with more than 14 days before arrival, a 75% refund will be given.
- Any stay cancelled with less than 14 days before arrival, then there will be no refund unless the room is rebooked within this time
- This is adults only unless all 3 rooms are booked and this is under our discretion. Children will be allowed but no infants due to pool safety
- All people staying will be required to sign a disclaimer regarding swimming pool use and safety
- We have the right to refuse any non-paying guests onto the property
- We have the right to ask you to leave if there is any unruly behaviour or disturbance to other guests or neighbours as well as actions that are deemed uncivil
